Damen Optimal Health Team is a multidisciplinary clinic that offers chiropractic, physiotherapy, acupuncture, and registered massage therapy. Damen Optimal's main clinic is in the heart of downtown Strathroy, as well as two satellite locations in Parkhill and Her Optimal Health in Strathroy.

It was on a co-op term when attending SDCI high school that owner of Damen Optimal Health, Tyler Damen, first discovered the chiropractic profession. "I loved the fact that you could help and watch people improve in all aspects of health. I always had ideas of becoming an entrepreneur so the chiropractic profession and being a clinic owner seemed like a perfect combination. The community of Strathroy was home for me and I was eager to be able to bring my skills to help those in my hometown. I have worked hard to surround myself with incredible practitioners who have differing backgrounds and skills so that the clinic can help as many people as possible."
