Cash Bonus Mortgage Terms and Conditions
To qualify for this incentive, the following conditions must be met:
Mortgage loan must have a principal amount of $100,000 or greater to qualify and must be a conventional or high ratio closed fixed or variable mortgage with a term length of 3 years or greater and an amortization of 30 years or less.
This offer is limited to owner-occupied residential properties only. Commercial/investment properties, and properties not owner-occupied are excluded.
Mortgage loan must be funded within 120 days of the application date.
Cash bonus amount is only provided for a new purchase, refinance (new money of $100,000+), or switching your mortgage to Mainstreet.
Set up and make your mortgage payments from your new or existing Mainstreet Chequing account to qualify.
Cash bonus will be deposited to your Mainstreet chequing account within 2 to 4 weeks after the mortgage is funded.
Mortgage must remain open until the end of mortgage term; should your mortgage be repaid or otherwise closed or discharged prior to the end of its term, we reserve the right to collect repayment of the cash benefit amount you received.
Failure to comply with any of the eligibility or funding requirements may result in the forfeiture of the cash bonus.
Referral rewards can be combined with this offer with the exclusion of the chequing account reward.
