Mainstreet Credit Union is a cooperative financial institution owned by its members. Our structure ensures every member has a voice and a shared interest in the success of the credit union.

As a cooperative, Mainstreet is governed by a Board of Directors that is elected by our members, prior to the Annual General Meeting, to represent their interests and guide the credit union.

The President and Chief Executive Officer, appointed by the Board, leads Mainstreet’s day-to-day operations. Working together, the Board and Management establish the strategies, policies, and standards that keep Mainstreet strong, competitive, and focused on member value.
