Is there a minimum I need to invest in a Qtrade Guided Portfolios account?

There is no minimum deposit to open a Qtrade Guided Portfolios account. Once your balance reaches a minimum of $2,000 it is automatically invested in the portfolio that is suited to your needs.

How do Private Wealth, Advisor-Managed Investing, Qtrade Guided Portfolios, and Qtrade Direct Investing differ?

Private Wealth offers the highest level of personalized service. it is designed for members with more complex financial needs or significant investable assets. With Private Wealth, your senior Mainstreet and Aviso Wealth advisor handles day-to-day account related activities and financial planning, while professional pension-caliber investment managers perform your portfolio construction, ongoing management, re-balancing, and reporting.

Advisor-Managed Investing offers personalized guidance and professionally built investment strategies without the full complexity of Private Wealth. You work directly with a dedicated Mainstreet and Aviso Wealth advisor who helps you define your goals, recommends a diversified portfolio, and provides ongoing support as your needs evolve.
