Knowledge that strengthens
communities
Each One, Teach One Program
Each One, Teach One is a financial literacy program that brings free, practical workshops into community spaces, helping people from all walks of life better understand financial topics.
Through this program, our staff facilitators visit schools, libraries, community groups, newcomer centres, and more to meet people where they are and share financial information in clear, easy-to-understand language. No products or corporate information are promoted during these workshops.
Sessions can be delivered to groups of any size and typically run for one hour. Workshops are presented in English and designed to be accessible, using simple language and relatable examples.
Across Canada, Each One, Teach One workshops are delivered by trained credit union staff. Mainstreet Credit Union is proud to have a team of staff members ready to bring these workshops to communities in Chatham-Kent, London-Middlesex, Sarnia-Lambton, and Huron-Perth counties.
