Voting Instructions for Mainstreet Board of Directors

In 2019 there are 4 open positions on Mainstreet's Board of Directors

  • Voting will take place in advance of the Annual General Meeting (election results will be announced at the AGM)
  • Elections will open at 9:00 am March 25 and will close April 7, 2019 at midnight
  • Members must be 18 years of age and meet the minimum share requirements to be eligible to vote (as of close of business on March 3, 2019)
  • Multiple votes will result in all ballots by that member being considered spoiled ballots
  • Each member must vote for 4 candidates (failure to vote for the required number of candidates will result in a spoiled ballot)

Each member is entitled to one vote only by the following methods:

  • Mobile App
  • Online banking
  • Any Mainstreet branch (for those members who do not bank online)

More detailed instructions will be provided when the election process opens on March 25, 2019.
